Katie has a great interest, and extensive experience, in qualitative research methods and interviewing techniques. She has been conducting customer feedback interviews for over 25 years.
Katie's expertise in this area provides the foundation for the compelling customer stories she brings to life through Zebra's ‘real customer’ videos and eLearning programs.
Katie is a full member of The Research Society (TRS). She holds an MBA (Australian Graduate School of Management) and a B. Soc. Science & Policy (major psychology) from UNSW.
Katie’s articles about qualitative research have been published in B&T, AdNews, Marketing Magazine and Anthill.

Simon is a highly experienced and accomplished photographer and videographer. He has an extraordinary talent for bringing the voice of the customer to life in a way that both engages and inspires his audience.
In addition to his photography and videography experience and skill, Simon has over 25 years of planning, research and communications experience, including both agency and client side, across Australia, UK, Europe and the USA.
Simon has worked with blue chip corporations around the globe.
